我们铁道部第十三工程局三处是国家大型一级铁路施工企业，施工网点遍布全国１０多个省市、自治区，４０余个工点，分处、公司、队三级核算体制。近年来，我们积极探索企业管理以财务管理为中心的新的管理模式和办法，取得了明显的成效。下面谈谈我们的一些体会和做法。 一、
The thirteenth Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways is a state-owned large-scale first-class railway construction enterprise. Its construction network covers more than 10 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country, and has more than 40 labor points. It has a three-tiered accounting system for branches, companies, and teams. In recent years, we have actively explored new management models and methods centered on financial management in corporate management, and achieved remarkable results. Let’s talk about some of our experiences and practices. one,
