北京友谊医院是首都文明单位标兵,具有特殊的工作性质和地理环境。由于近年夏季气温偏高,影响了医院正常的手术和医治。医院决定改造病房大楼原有的燃煤采暖和中央空调系统。医院先后对燃气和电制冷空调系统进行了考察,经分析确定选用地温中央空调机组。 病房大楼和医技楼总计3.4万平方米。改造工程于2000年6月完工。经过调试,机组运行稳定。在夏季制冷期间,当室外温度在40℃时,病房内平均温度在25℃左右,医务人员和病人都非常满意。冬季供暖期间,原有锅炉供暖系统停止使用,当室外达到—16℃,室内温度都在20℃以上,特殊病房达到26℃,供暖效果良好。
Beijing Friendship Hospital is a model of the civilized unit of the capital and has a special work nature and geographical environment. Due to the high temperatures in recent summer, the normal operation and treatment of hospitals are affected. The hospital decided to renovate the ward building’s original coal-fired heating and central air conditioning system. The hospital has inspected the gas and electric refrigeration air-conditioning systems successively, and the selected central air-conditioning units have been analyzed and determined. The ward building and medical building totaled 34,000 square meters. The reconstruction project was completed in June 2000. After commissioning, the unit is stable in operation. During the summer cooling period, when the outdoor temperature was at 40°C, the average temperature in the ward was about 25°C, and the medical personnel and the patients were very satisfied. During the heating season in winter, the original boiler heating system was stopped. When the outdoor temperature reached -16°C, the indoor temperature was above 20°C, and the special wards reached 26°C. The heating effect was good.
