本文针对普通控制机性能上的限制,阻碍了现代控制算法在工业控制过程中的应用,提出了一种双单片机并行处理控制机的实施方案,通过对控制任务的适当划分,两处理机协同工作,使控制机的性能大为提高,从而达到多种复杂控制算法在工业控制系统中应用的目的。我们在这个系统中实现了极点配置自校正算法。实践证明,它比一般的控制机有更强的实时处理能力。本系统是以MCS-51系列单片机为基础的。
This article aims at the limitation of the performance of the common control machine, hinders the application of the modern control algorithm in the process of industrial control, and proposes a double-chip parallel processing control machine’s implementation plan. Through proper demarcation of control tasks, the two processors work together , So that the performance of the control machine greatly improved, so as to achieve a variety of complex control algorithms in the industrial control system applications. We have implemented a pole placement self-tuning algorithm in this system. Practice has proved that it has more real-time processing power than the average controller. The system is based on the MCS-51 series microcontroller.
