血清肿瘤标志物对肝癌的早期诊断、肿瘤进展的监测、疗效判定、复发和患者生存率的判断具有重要意义,临床常用的有甲胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体、异常凝血酶原(DCP)、血清铁蛋白、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、肝细胞生长因子与分子生物学检测p53基因等。近来新发现的甲胎蛋白免疫球蛋白M复合物(AFP-IgMIC)和人类印迹基因之一的DLK1可能将成为肝癌早期诊断的重要指标之一。
Serum tumor markers for the early diagnosis of liver cancer, tumor progression monitoring, determination of efficacy, recurrence and patient survival rate of judgment is of great significance in clinical commonly used AFP (AFP), alpha-fetoprotein heterogeneity, abnormal thrombin (DCP), serum ferritin, α-L-fucosidase (AFU), hepatocyte growth factor and molecular biology to detect p53 gene. Recently newly discovered DLK1, an AFP-IgM complex and one of the human imprinted genes, may be one of the important markers in the early diagnosis of HCC.
