目的:了解新疆维吾尔自治区14家公立医院2004～2007年的资产及服务利用情况。方法:收集14家医院4年的相关数据,采用统计描述的方法了解不同级别医院资产及服务利用情况。结果:(1)随着医院规模的变化,在职职工数、人均人员支出、人员支出占业务支出、每职工平均业务收入、职工人均年收入基本呈逐年上升趋势;(2)平均开放床位、实际开放总床日数、病床周转次数、病床使用率在三级医院、地州医院均呈上升趋势;实际占用总床日数在各级医院均呈上升趋势;(3)固定资产总值、专业设备总值、每床位占用固定资产均呈逐年上升趋势;平均住院天数在三级医院、二级医院呈下降趋势,但在地州医院、县级医院基本呈上升趋势。结论:各级医院在人员支出方面的投入逐年加大,人力资源成本加大;在病床使用率方面,三级医院明显高于其他级别的医院,主要通过医务人员的超负荷工作来实现。另外,三级医院工作效率呈现出逐年提高、服务量增长,而级别低的医院这一状况并不明显。 Objective: To understand the utilization of assets and services in 14 public hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2004 to 2007. Methods: The data collected from 14 hospitals for 4 years were collected and used to describe the utilization of hospital assets and services in different levels. Results: (1) As the size of the hospital changed, the average number of employees, per capita personnel expenditures, staff expenditures, business income per worker, and per capita annual income of workers tended to increase year by year. (2) The average open bed, actual The total number of open bed days, the number of bed turnover and the utilization rate of beds in tertiary hospitals and prefectural hospitals all showed an upward trend; the actual total bed occupancy days showed an upward trend in all levels of hospitals; (3) Total fixed assets, total professional equipment Value, fixed bed occupancy rate showed an upward trend year by year; the average length of stay in tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals showed a downward trend, but in prefectural hospitals, county hospitals basically showed an upward trend. Conclusions: The investment in personnel expenditures at all levels of hospitals has been increasing year by year, resulting in an increase in the cost of human resources. In terms of occupancy rate of beds, tertiary hospitals were significantly higher than those in other hospitals, mainly through overloading the medical staff. In addition, the efficiency of tertiary hospitals has shown year by year increase in service volume, while the low level of the hospital this situation is not obvious.
