从江西省住建厅获悉,目前该省共有国家级和省级历史文化名镇名村116个,其中国家级历史文化名镇名村33个,数量名列全国第5位。江西省住建厅近日下发通知,要求历史文化名镇名村保护规划由县级政府组织编制,并报省政府审批。通知规定,历史文化名镇名村保护规划应当自批准公布之日起1年内编制完成。历史文化名镇保护规划应委托具有甲级资质的城乡规划编制单位进行编制,历史文化名村保护规划应委托具有乙级以上资质
