本文分析了炼油工艺中电脱水脱盐装置存在的多发性电气故障及原因，通过对导电杆、电极棒导电芯、电极棒与脱盐罐内电极栅板联结方式的改造，使其得以有效解决。
This paper analyzes the multiple electrical faults and their causes in the electric dewatering and desalination unit in the oil refining process. By means of the transformation of the conductive bars, the conductive cores of the electrode rods and the grid connection of the electrode rods and the electrode plates in the desalter, it can be effectively solved.
