我厂生产的一种汽车零件,其一头需加工出一个横向半圆槽,见图1。一般用特制的R5.2凸半圆铣刀在铣床上铣出的。为提高效率和降低成本,我们设计了如图2所示的夹具,将其固定在钻床底座上,工件放进夹具圆孔后锁紧,然后用Φ10.4麻花钻将两个工件的半圆槽同时钻出。为保证尺寸精度,两工件夹紧后的中心距应在27.7±0.05mm以内,且钻模的轴心线应是两工件中心连线的垂直平分线。由于半圆槽的精度要求不是很高,
