目的探讨细节管理应用于静脉输液的临床效果。方法选择2013年8月~2014年10月于我院门诊接受静脉输液治疗的80例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例；对照组患者接受常规护理；观察组接受细节护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者满意度为97.5%，对照组满意度为72.5%，观察组显著高于对照组<0.05，组间差异显著。结论在静脉输液中应用细节护理，可保证患者静脉输液的安全性。“,”Objective To investigate the details of management applied to the clinical ef ects of intravenous infusion.Methods Intravenous infusion therapy in our hospital from August 2013 to October 2014,80 patients during the study,were randomly divided into a control group and observation group,30 cases;the control group received usual care;observation group accept the details of care,nursing ef ects were compared.Patient satisfaction .Results The observation group was 97.5%in the control group,satisfaction was 72.5%in the observation group was significantly higher than <0.05,significant dif erence between the groups.Conclusion In the application details intravenous infusion care, thus ensuring the safety of the patient intravenous infusion.
