目的探讨深圳龙华新区中学生健康素养及获取途径的影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取新区4个街道的1 678名初一至高三的中学生进行问卷调查,采用单因素分析健康素养(包含健康知识、健康行为、健康技能各分题、各部分合计及总的素养状况)与健康状况。采用多因素分析健康素养的影响因素。结果新区中学生具备总的健康素养的人数比例为7.69%,其中具备健康基本知识和理念素养、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能的比例分别为22.88%、10.37%和70.08%,比例顺位与深圳市全市水平相同,但均低于全市的水平。获取的健康素养高低与在深圳居住时间,父、母的文化程度,自评学习成绩,公私立学校类别等有关。结论中学生总健康素养以及3个维度知晓率普遍较低。各年级的素养存在差异,健康素养应从初一抓起且在高二要巩固。电视、上网及看报纸杂志仍是获取健康知识的主要途径。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of health literacy and access to middle school students in Shenzhen Longhua New District. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to collect 1 678 junior high school students from 4 districts in the new district to conduct a questionnaire survey. The single factor analysis of health literacy (including health knowledge, health behaviors, and health skill sub-topics, total of each part) was conducted. Results The proportion of middle school students with total health literacy in the New District was 7.69%. The level of health literacy acquired is related to the time of residence in Shenzhen, the education level of the father and mother, self-evaluation, and the types of public and private schools. Conclusion The general health literacy of middle school students and the awareness of the three dimensions are generally low. There are differences in literacy among grades, and health literacy should be picked up from the first grade and consolidated in the second grade. TV, Internet access and reading newspapers and magazines are still the main ways to obtain health knowledge.
