天津市党的八届八中全会的决议和公报,给我们很大的鼓舞。经过学习,使我们进一步地认清了当前的形势,明确了奋斗目标,思想也更加解放。全庭同志个个反右倾,鼓干劲,想办法,坚决响应党的号召,高举总路线的红旗,奋勇前进。在8月28日召开的全市司法系统干部跃进誓师大会上,我庭提出了大战九月,彻底清理230件积案,打击现行,严惩破坏分子,配合中心,保卫工农业生产大跃进,创造优异成绩,向伟大的国庆十周年献札的跃进计划。经过奋战,不到一月,共审结322件案件(其中包括55年以前的重大案件2件),提前四天超额40％完成原订计划。
