十几年来,我校始终把对学生行为习惯的培养纳入学校重要议事日程,从不间断、不淡化、不弱化、持之以恒,使学生的综合素质明显提升。一、高站位,强领导我校是一所有着四千多学生的超级大校,对学生综合素质的培养任务十分繁重和艰巨。怎样才能把学生养成教育抓在手上,抓出成效,是摆在我们面前的重要课题。十几年来,我们高度重视对学生养成教育的培养,采取了一系列强化措施,效果比较显著。
