随着西藏电力有限公司完成改制,如何培育公司的核心能力,加快与国家电网公司管理接轨,逐步建立市场竞争优势,是公司亟待解决的难题。从分析核心能力的条件和要素入手,阐述了公司培育核心能力的必要性和可能性,提出了公司培育核心能力的途径与方法。
With the completion of the restructuring of Tibet Power Co., Ltd., it is an urgent problem to be solved how to cultivate the company’s core competence, speed up the integration with the management of SGCC and gradually establish the market competitive advantage. Starting from the analysis of the conditions and elements of the core competence, this paper expounds the necessity and possibility of the company to cultivate the core competence and puts forward the ways and methods for the company to cultivate the core competence.
