劳动关系是企业内部关系的重要组成部分,它对企业制度、机制的形成和企业行为有重大影响。处理好劳动关系的核心是明确劳动者在企业生产经营中的地位,更好地发挥其主体作用。当前理顺国有企业内部劳动关系应主要做到;要高度重视劳动关系问题,从宏观、微观角度充分认识理顺劳动关系的重大意义;要进一步明确国有企业劳动者的权利,井真正落实;要囊好地发挥工会在维护职工权益方面的作用。
Labor relations is an important part of the internal relations of an enterprise. It has a significant impact on the establishment of an enterprise system, its formation and its behavior. The core of handling labor relations is to clarify the position of laborers in the production and operation of enterprises and to give full play to their role as the main body. At present, it is necessary to rationalize the internal labor relations among state-owned enterprises. We must attach great importance to the labor relations issue and fully understand the great significance of rationalizing labor relations from a macroscopic and a microcosmic perspective. We must further clarify the rights of laborers in state-owned enterprises and really implement them.
