作为传统的企业形式之一,家族企业为我国经济的发展做出了突出的贡献,但是由于自身存在的缺陷,使得家族企业的进一步发展受到制约。近几年来家族企业开始从公司治理的角度寻求自身的突破,但是成效不是很明显。本文从四个维度分析家族企业在公司治理结构中存在的问题,进而提出解决建议,以期突破我国家族企业的发展瓶颈,促进家族企业与公司治理的融合,实现家族企业进一步的发展。
As one of the traditional forms of business, family-owned enterprises have made outstanding contributions to the development of our country’s economy, but due to their own shortcomings, the further development of family-owned enterprises has been constrained. In recent years, family businesses began to seek their own breakthroughs from the perspective of corporate governance, but the effectiveness was not obvious. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the family company’s corporate governance structure from four dimensions, and then proposes solutions to overcome the bottleneck of the development of family-owned enterprises in China, promote the integration of family business and corporate governance, and realize the further development of family businesses.
