人力资源是现代社会的战略性资源,是经济社会发展的关键因素。要实现社会经济的协调发展,贫困山区的人力资源应得到充分的开发和利用。本文以清远市为例分析了贫困山区人力资源管理与开发的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
Human resources are a strategic resource in modern society and a key factor in economic and social development. To achieve the coordinated socio-economic development, human resources in poor mountainous areas should be fully exploited and utilized. This paper takes Qingyuan City as an example to analyze the current situation and existing problems of human resource management and development in impoverished mountainous areas and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
