目的：本研究观察金刚丸的抗衰老功效．方法：对老年小鼠灌服金刚丸20g／kg、5g／kg，连续30天，观察其跳台、迷宫试验和脂质过氧化的影响．结果：表明金刚丸能显著减少老年小鼠肝、脑、心和血清LPO的形成，降低尾腱中羟脯氨酸含量，并明显促进小鼠的记忆获得和再现能力．结论：提示金刚丸有明显的抗衰老作用．
Objective: This study was to observe the anti-aging effects of Jingang Pills. Methods: Geriatric mice were fed with Jingang pills (20g/kg, 5g/kg) for 30 consecutive days to observe the effects of their jumping platform, labyrinth test and lipid peroxidation. Results: It was shown that Jingang Pill can significantly reduce the formation of LPO in liver, brain, heart and serum of aged mice, reduce the content of hydroxyproline in cercariae, and obviously promote the ability of mice to acquire and reproduce memory. Conclusion: It is suggested that Jingang Pill has obvious anti-aging effect.
