研究了深冷处理对超高强度钢 TRm80的力学性能的影响。结果表明 :深冷处理对该钢的力学及疲劳性能影响很大 ;该钢淬火后经 51 0℃× 2 h回火 +深冷处理获得较佳的综合性能。这可能与深冷处理过程中发生的马氏体分解、超微细碳化物析出以及组织细化有关。
The effect of cryogenic treatment on the mechanical properties of ultra high strength steel TRm80 was studied. The results show that the cryogenic treatment has a great influence on the mechanical and fatigue properties of the steel. After quenching, the steel is tempered at 51 0 ℃ × 2 h for tempering + cryogenic treatment to obtain better overall properties. This may be related to the martensite decomposition during the cryogenic treatment, the precipitation of ultrafine carbides and the refinement of the structure.
