目前肿瘤的最终诊断主要依赖于鉴别良恶性组织的病理形态学诊断,以激光镊子拉曼光谱鉴别肿瘤良恶性的物理诊断方法成为恶性肿瘤诊断研究的又一热门课题,虽然该技术被广泛用于胃癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、结肠癌等诊断方面的研究工作,但至今在临床上尚无法单独作为癌细胞检测的依据,关键原因是尚未找到癌细胞真正的特征性荧光峰。激光镊子拉曼光谱诊断肿瘤仍具有潜在应用价值,本文就激光镊子拉曼光谱在肿瘤诊断相关研究作一综述。
