CA9220-1液压半自动车床控制前后刀架换向的交流电磁铁经常出故障,经分析,问题在刀架启动十分频繁,致使交流电磁铁的线圈经常受到瞬时大电流的冲击。其次,当电磁铁的紧固螺钉松动或电磁铁内进入杂物时,也会造成电磁铁吸合不上或卡死现象,引起大电流烧坏电磁铁。后我们将交流电磁铁换成直流电磁铁,取得了明显的效果,现介绍如下(见附图)。 将原MFJI-4.5交流电磁铁改成MFZTI-4C直流电磁铁,用BK-100型变压器取代原有的BK-50型变压器,用其28V次级电压经桥式整流输出直流电源。直流电源通过每个刀架的一对常开触点给直流电磁铁供
