随着可编程控制器(PLC)控制技术与超声波传感器技术的飞跃发展,使用超声波测距传感器作作为数据采集的手段,以PLC作为系统控制核心,设计并开发了一种能能够对矿井提升机的速度进行恒定减速的系统单元,该单元有效地解决了传统提升机控制系统的减速在单元凸轮板制作困难、故障点多、减速度不稳定等方面的不足之处,从而极大优化了提升机在减速段减速的性能。本文着重介绍该单元提升机以恒定减速的速度给定控制硬件系统以及控制器控制数据的算法。
