目的:与早期的囊内摘除术比较,探讨超声乳化治疗白内障效果。方法:选取在我院进行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的71例白内障的患者(乳化组),并选取早期采用囊内摘除术治疗的53例白内障患者(囊内组)的临床资料进行比较。结果:乳化组治疗和随访中视力恢复和并发症均优于囊内组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后眼压均有所降低,但乳化组在出院后和随访中眼压降低均优于囊内组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化治疗白内障疗效可靠,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract with early cyst excision. Methods: A total of 71 patients with cataract who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were enrolled in this study. The clinical data of 53 cataract patients (intracapsular group) treated by early enucleation were selected for comparison . Results: The visual acuity recovery and complications during the treatment and follow-up in the emulsified group were better than those in the cystic group (P <0.05). The postoperative IOP decreased in both groups. However, The intraocular pressure was lower than the intracapsular group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Phacoemulsification for the treatment of cataract is reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
