目的分析妇科护理安全隐患的现状以及对策。方法对我院临床医护人员所存在的安全隐患进行分析,并予以统计探讨。结果经过统计学分析发现,针对我院临床医护人员所存在的安全隐患,实施针对性解决对策后,我院护理质量、患者满意度均得到了显著的提升(P<0.05)。结论临床加强管理妇科人员,积极探索处理妇科护理安全隐患的有效对策,有利于促进患者满意度提升,在最大程度上提升妇科护理质量,可避免发生安全隐患,临床推广价值较高。
Objective To analyze the status quo and countermeasures of hidden dangers in gynecological nursing. Methods To analyze the hidden dangers of clinical staff in our hospital and to make statistical analysis. Results After statistical analysis, we found that the nursing quality and patient satisfaction of our hospital have been significantly improved (P <0.05) after the implementation of targeted solutions to address the potential safety problems of clinical medical staff in our hospital. Conclusions The clinical management of gynecological staff and actively explore effective measures to deal with the hidden dangers of gynecological nursing are conducive to promoting patient satisfaction, to maximize the quality of gynecological care, to avoid potential safety problems, and to promote clinical value.
