柑桔果实贮藏技术,近十年来有较大发展。但与苹果、梨等其他大宗贮藏果品比较,柑桔贮藏损耗较大,问题较多。贮藏5个月,一般腐烂率达15—30%。在通风贮藏中,好果失重率也达到15—20%。我们针对生产中存在的主要问题,开展了群众性的科学实验。几年来,采用2,4一滴处理、薄膜包装和杀菌剂处理等技术,目前已使柑桔贮藏腐烂率压低到5%左右,通风贮藏失重率控制在2.5—5%,总损耗率不超过10%。一、2,4一滴处理技术柑桔果实贮藏中致腐病害种类较多,主要有蒂腐病、黑腐病、绿霉病、青霉病和炭疽病。其中蒂腐病是甜橙贮藏中的主要
