本文检测了未经治疗的鼻咽癌113例血清免疫球蛋白的含量,鼻咽癌Ⅰ～Ⅱ期.血清 IgG、IgA、IgA/IgG和 IgA/IgM 均显著高于正常;Ⅲ期患者除IgM 和 IgA/IgG 与正常者无差别外,其他各项皆与正常者有显著差异;而Ⅳ期患者所有各项皆与正常者无显著差别.
This article examined the serum immunoglobulin content of 113 patients with untreated nasopharyngeal carcinoma and stage I-II of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Serum IgG, IgA, IgA/IgG, and IgA/IgM levels were significantly higher than normal; patients with stage III except IgM There was no significant difference between normal and IgA/IgG and normal IgA/IgG. There was no significant difference between all items of IV stage and normal subjects.
