研究SD鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCA-0)模型的稳定性及定量分析方法.采用电凝法闭塞MCA.闭塞时采用低位骨窗法并注意到MCA血管变异对模型稳定性的影响.观测了鼠在MCA后脑梗塞体积(Infarct volume,Ⅳ)、组织病理学及神经功能缺失征(NDS)的变化.结果表明本模型所致脑梗塞的稳定性良好,Ⅳ变异系数(CV)为:CV6hr.18.19%、CV24hr.8.34%及Cv7d17.27%
To study the stability and quantitative analysis of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCA-0) in SD rats.Methods MCA occlusion was performed by electrocoagulation.The occlusion was performed by low bone window method and the effect of MCA vascular variation on model stability was observed The changes of Infarct volume (IV), histopathology and NDS in MCA rats were observed.The results showed that the model had good stability of cerebral infarction with CV (CV) of 6 hours. 18.19%, CV24hr.8.34% and Cv7d17.27%
