针对钛合金材料深孔钻削的加工特性,对钻削系统、钻头结构、刀具材料和进给量进行了分析研究,达到改善钛合金深孔钻削加工性能的目的。同时使用修磨过钻头横刃并优化几何参数的麻花钻钻头对钛合金材料进行深孔钻削试验,钻削直径20 mm深120 mm的通孔。通过对试验结果的分析,确定出合理的钻头几何参数。
According to the processing characteristics of deep hole drilling of titanium alloy, the drilling system, bit structure, tool material and feed rate are analyzed and studied to achieve the purpose of improving the deep hole drilling performance of titanium alloy. At the same time, a deep hole drilling test was performed on the titanium alloy using a twist drill bit that was ground on the chisel edge and geometry was optimized to drill through holes of 20 mm in diameter and 120 mm in depth. Through the analysis of test results, to determine a reasonable bit geometry parameters.
