艺术教育不同于一般的普通教育,对具体的教育对象来说,它的感性多于理性,它的变数多于规律,它的动态多于静态,更重要的是,从事艺术专业学习的人应该具有先天的敏感、想象力和悟性,这不是天才论,也不是唯心论,这是千百年不变的人才现象。所以从某种意义上讲,艺术教育中,老师的“教”在很多方面应该定性为辅导员,教材更只能作为参考书。专业实践可以提升学生对专业的兴趣为主要内容。而在适当的时候安排专业实习则可以直观的,身临其境的体验本专业中的专业魅力和缺陷,专业实践应该转化为课堂设计教学中的兴奋点。为课堂教学提供具体的、有针对性的事例,从而丰富和完善艺术教育过程。艺术专业的教育是一个复杂的、动态的、变化的过程。我认为在世界还没有,也不可能有一本金科玉律的教材能教出艺术家。我们的课堂教学,将前人的经验与教训说教给学生,我们的专业实践教学,则应该为学生的综合素养和技能的提升能起到十分重要的作用,它是专业艺术教育中的重要组成部分。
