为生产100%桉木浆未涂布数字印刷纸选择合适的CaCO3,将13种不同类型的CaCO3添加到浆料中并抄造手抄片,分析了加填后手抄片的结构、光学性能及强度性能。所选CaCO3包括9种沉淀CaCO3(PCC,2种为菱形,7种为偏三角形,粒径1.2~2.9m)和4种研磨CaCO3(GCC,3种阴离子型,1种阳离子型,粒径0.7~1.5m)。结果表明,生产100%桉木浆未涂布数字印刷纸最适宜的CaCO3是粒径1.9m、偏三角形的PCC,其改善纸张厚度、挺度、白度及不透明度的效果显著。
Choosing the appropriate CaCO3 for producing 100% eucalyptus pulp uncoated digital printing paper, adding 13 different types of CaCO3 to the slurry and copying the handprint sheet, analyzing the structure, optical properties and Strength performance. The selected CaCO3 includes 9 kinds of precipitated CaCO3 (PCC, 2 kinds of rhomboids, 7 kinds of partial triangles, particle size of 1.2 ~ 2.9m) and 4 kinds of ground CaCO3 (GCC, 3 kinds of anionic, 1 kinds of cationic, ~ 1.5m). The results showed that the most suitable CaCO 3 for producing 100% eucalyptus pulp uncoated digital printing paper was PCT with a diameter of 1.9 m and a triangular shape. The effect of improving the paper thickness, stiffness, whiteness and opacity was remarkable.
