从高等学校教学这一范畴出发,教学改革是包含培养目标与模式、课程体系与教学内容、教学方法与手段、教学质量保障等多层面的具有内在联系和逻辑关系的系统工程。近年来,浙江公安高等专科学校坚持以教学改革为核心,从实行专业改造、优化课程体系更新教学内容、创办强化班等方面探索和实践“通才+专长”人才培养新模式;从强化实践性教学环节、建立和完善实践教学体系,改革教学方法、更新教学手段,改革传统考试模式、实行多样化、创造性的考试等方面进行教学改革与创新;从建立教学检查制度、实行学生评教制度、建立学生选教制度、建立教学督导制度、建立教学联络员制度、建立教学质量评估制度、开展教学比赛系列活动等方面来构建教学质量保障体系,使学校的教学面貌不断发生新的变化。
