刑事诉讼专家辅助人制度的确立是我国司法证据制度改革的重要举措,为我国实现刑事诉讼的价值,促进司法的公正提供了良好的愿景。但是在司法实践中刑事诉讼专家辅助人制度仍存在着一些问题,需要引起我们的关注并对其进行完善,以弥补司法鉴定制度的不足。本文在分析刑事诉讼专家辅助人制度现状的基础上提出完善的措施。
The establishment of the criminal assistant expert system is an important measure for the reform of the judicial evidence system in our country. It provides a good prospect for our country to realize the value of criminal procedure and promote the judicial justice. However, in judicial practice, there are still some problems in the expert system of criminal procedure experts, which needs our attention and perfection to make up for the deficiency of the system of forensic expertise. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the expert system of criminal procedure experts, this paper puts forward the perfect measures.
