研究表明,树突状细胞(Dendritic cell,DC)的注射途径不同能够引发机体的不同部位产生不同程度的细胞免疫应答。而应答之后产生的记忆性淋巴细胞的分布与抗原递呈细胞(Antigen Presenting cell,APC)和T淋巴细胞作用的部位有关,但其产生和归巢机制尚不清楚,尤其是记忆性CD8+T细胞。为研究使用体外致敏DC进行肿瘤主动免疫治疗的方法,作者使用不同的注射途径进行实验,验证了其对不同部位肿瘤的抑制能力。
Studies have shown that different ways of injection of dendritic cells (DCs) can lead to different degrees of cellular immune response in different parts of the body. However, the distribution of memory lymphocytes generated after response is related to the site of antigen presenting cells (APC) and T lymphocytes, but the mechanisms of their production and homing are not clear, especially memory CD8 + T cell. In order to study the method of active immunotherapy of tumor using in vitro sensitized DCs, the authors used different injection routes to conduct experiments to verify their ability to inhibit tumors in different sites.
