铝型材结构隔声优化

对铝型材结构建立结构-声耦合有限元模型,通过结构优化的方法提高铝型材结构的低频(50 Hz~1200 Hz)隔声效果。在入射声功率不变的条件下,隔声优化等效为透射声功率最小化。方法是采用混合整数规划算法,以各层板厚度为设计变量,在不明显改变质量的约束下使得带宽透射声功率最小。结果显示优化后600 Hz以上隔声效果有较明显提高。
