为贯彻落实省委书记苏荣视察峡江水利枢纽工程时的重要讲话精神和鹿心社代省长提出的明确要求,加快推进移民安置工作,确保2012年底前全面完成库区移民安置任务,9月8日,中共江西省委、省政府在吉安市召开峡江水利枢纽工程移民新村建设对口支援现场会,组织动员49个省直单位和省属企业对口支援110个移民新村建设。上午,省委常委、副省长凌成兴和副省长姚木根一行先后实地察看了峡江水利枢纽工程左、右岸围堰施工现场,峡江县蒋沙移民新村和吉水县八都镇住岐移民新村建设工地,详细了解施工进展情况。在蒋沙移民村,凌成兴亲切地与当地移民交谈。移民户毛本山的新家总建筑面积达到350多平方米,依靠当地政府的补贴,盖新房基本没花钱。凌成兴听后十分欣慰,指出,要急移民之所急,想移民之所想,主动帮扶,尽职尽责。同时,要加快移民新村建设进度,统一规划、设计,确保按时完成移民任务。下午,会议由副省长姚木根主持,省政府副秘书长朱希宣读了《峡江水 In order to implement the spirit of the important speech delivered by Provincial Party Secretary Su Rong during the inspection of the Xiajiang River Water Conservancy Project and the explicit request made by the Governor of Deer Heart Society on behalf of the governor, accelerate resettlement work and ensure the completion of the resettlement task for the reservoir area by the end of 2012, On the 8th, the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and the provincial government held an on-site supportive meeting for the resettlement of new villages in Xiajiang Project in Ji’an City, mobilized 49 provincial units and provincial counterparts to support the construction of 110 immigrant villages.
