目的研究阔苞菊Pluchea indica的化学成分。方法利用各种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为3-醛基吲哚(Ⅰ)、槲皮素(Ⅱ)、valene-1(10)-ene-8,11-diol(Ⅲ)、豆甾醇(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、豆甾醇-6′-十六酸葡萄糖酯苷(Ⅵ)、4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxy-phenyl glucoside(Ⅶ)、3,5-二咖啡奎尼酸(Ⅷ)、3,4-二咖啡奎尼酸(Ⅸ)、3,4,5-三咖啡奎尼酸(Ⅹ)、胆甾醇(Ⅺ)。结论其中化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pluchea indica. Methods A variety of column chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. Their structures were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 3-aldehydeindole (Ⅰ), quercetin (Ⅱ), valene-1 (10) -ene-8,11-diol , Stigmasterol glucoside (Ⅴ), stigmasterol-6’-glucoside glycoside (Ⅵ), 4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxy-phenyl glucoside (Ⅷ), 3,4-dicofol quinic acid (Ⅸ), 3,4,5-tricarboquinic acid (Ⅹ) and cholesterol (Ⅺ). Conclusions Among them, compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
