目的采用RP-HPLC法测定打箭菊中木犀草素的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil RP-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(60:40);流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长350 nm;理论塔板数按木犀草素计应不低于1×104。结果线性范围为0.106~1.060 mg;线性回归方程为:Y=2.31×103X-10.82(r=0.9995);平均回收率为96.8%,RSD=2.0%。结论所建方法操作简便、稳定、专属、重复性好,可用于藏药打箭菊的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of luteolin in Bengzhu by RP-HPLC. The column was Kromasil RP-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (60:40), the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 350 nm. Luteolin should not be less than 1 × 104. The linear range was 0.106-1.060 mg. The linear regression equation was Y = 2.31 × 103 X-10.82 (r = 0.9995). The average recovery was 96.8% and the RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, stable, specific, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Tibetan medicine.
