内耳血管活性药物的作用在于加强耳蜗血管输送能力和增加耳蜗血流量。作者应用激光多普勒方法观察了20%甘露醇和6%葡聚糖对正常血压大鼠(normotensive Wistar-Kyoto,WKY)和自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneouslyhypertensive rats,SHRs)耳蜗血流的作用,同时应用伊文思蓝稀释技术监测了动物血容量和血浆容量。实验结果显示,甘露醇和葡聚糖均能引起动物血压升高,以 SHRs 变化为显著。甘露醇引起的 WKY 鼠耳蜗血流变化,在整个给药过程中是血流逐渐增加,而 SHRs 血流是先增
The role of vasoactive drugs in the inner ear is to enhance cochlear vascular delivery and increase cochlear blood flow. The authors observed the effects of 20% mannitol and 6% dextran on cochlear blood flow in normotensive Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) using laser Doppler imaging. At the same time Evans blue dilution technique was used to monitor the blood volume and plasma volume of animals.
