目的:研究舒胸胶囊微粉活血化瘀作用机理。方法:采用肾上腺素加冰浴的方法复制急性血瘀模型,观察舒胸胶囊微粉对大鼠血瘀模型全血黏度、血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(T-PA)及其抑制物(PAI)的变化,并与舒胸胶囊进行比较。结果:舒胸胶囊微粉能显著降低大鼠血瘀模型的全血黏度和血浆PAI含量,升高血浆T-PA含量;舒胸胶囊微粉低剂量组与舒胸胶囊高剂量组相比无显著性差异,高剂量组疗效明显优于舒胸胶囊高剂量组。结论:舒胸胶囊微粉具有明显的活血化瘀作用,其作用机制可能与改善血液流变性和纤溶系统活性有关。
Objective: To study the mechanism of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Shu chest capsule. Methods: Acute blood stasis model was established by epinephrine and ice bath. The effects of Shu chest capsule powder on blood viscosity, plasma T-PA and its inhibitor ( PAI) changes, and Shu chest capsules were compared. Results: Shu chest capsule powder can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity and plasma PAI content of blood stasis model, increase plasma T-PA content; Shu chest capsule low-dose group and Shuxiong capsule high-dose group was no significant Difference, high-dose group was significantly better than the high-dose Shu chest capsule group. Conclusion: Shu chest capsule powder has obvious effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Its mechanism may be related to improving hemorrheology and fibrinolytic system activity.
