[目的]为探究不同栽培方法对蓝蓟生长及光合特性的影响。[方法]采用3因素3水平的大田正交试验,研究不同株距(T)、磷(P)、钾(K)组合对蓝蓟幼苗期生长发育及光合特性的影响。[结果]蓝蓟生长的最适株距为T2(40 cm),磷、钾配比为P2∶K1=2∶1。三因素中,磷肥对蓝蓟生长的影响较大,尤其对株高有显著影响;株距对蓝蓟光合特性的影响最大,对Pn(净光合速率)、Tr(蒸腾速率)、Ci(胞间CO2浓度)的影响均达0.05显著水平;钾肥对气孔导度(Gs)、叶绿素总量、叶绿素a含量的影响也均达0.05显著水平。[结论]适宜的株距以及磷、钾营养合理配施能有效改善蓝蓟光合特性,促进其幼苗期的生长发育。
[Objective] The study aimed to investigate the effects of different cultivation methods on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of blue thistle. [Method] The orthogonal experiment of field with three factors and three levels was used to study the effects of different combinations of plant spacing (T), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) on the growth and photosynthesis of [Result] The optimal plant spacing for the growth of blue thistle was T2 (40 cm), and the ratio of phosphorus to potassium was P2: K1 = 2: 1. Among the three factors, the effect of P fertilizer on the growth of blue thistle was significant, especially on plant height. The effect of plant spacing on the photosynthetic characteristics of blue thistle was the greatest, and Pn (net photosynthetic rate), Tr (transpiration rate), Ci (P <0.05). The effects of K fertilizer on stomatal conductance (Gs), total chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a content reached 0.05 significant level. [Conclusion] Appropriate spacing of plants and reasonable nutrition of phosphorus and potassium could effectively improve the photosynthetic characteristics of blue thistle and promote its growth and development at the seedling stage.
