杂散光抑制是提高星敏感器精度的重要手段,遮光罩的设计是抑制杂散光的主要途径。对星敏感器遮光罩进行设计,通过SolidWorks软件建模,绘制出遮光罩结构,将得到的结构导入TracePro软件中进行杂散光分析。设定材料表面的双向散射分布函数与光线追迹数目,在不同方位角度对1°~75°之间共16个离轴角度进行了光线追迹,得到系统的PST曲线。结果表明,和改进前的结构相比,PST值降低了一个数量级,且系统的杂散光抑制能力在离轴角30°时达到10~(-9)量级。遮光罩内设计竖直挡光环结构有很好的杂散光抑制作用,使系统杂散光抑制水平得到较大的提高。
Stray light suppression is an important means to improve the precision of star sensor. The design of light shield is the main way to suppress stray light. The star sensor hood design, through the SolidWorks software modeling, drawing out the hood structure, the resulting structure into TracePro software for stray light analysis. By setting the two-way scattering distribution function and the number of ray tracing on the surface of the material, ray tracing was performed on 16 off-axis angles ranging from 1 ° to 75 ° at different azimuth angles to obtain the PST curve of the system. The results show that the PST value is reduced by one order of magnitude compared with the pre-modification structure and the stray light suppression of the system is on the order of 10 ~ (-9) at an off-axis angle of 30 °. The design of the vertical light blocking ring in the shade has a good stray light suppression function, which greatly increases the suppression level of the stray light of the system.
