新年前后,辽宁、陕西、湖北等地相继发生了西丰事件、绥德事件、天门事件等冲突事件。这三起事件经网络舆论传播放大,造成广泛社会影响,有关专家认为这等同于新型公共安全危机。在媒体的“定向冲击力”之下,一些地方基层主要干部暴露出不善应对新型事件、执政观念落后、政治敏感性差等问题,执政理念、手段与现代社会要求出现明显“基层治理脱节”现象。
Before and after the New Year, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Hubei and other places have occurred Xifeng Incident, Suide incident, Tianmen incident and other conflicts. These three incidents have been propagated and amplified by cyber media, causing widespread social impact. Experts believe this is equivalent to the new public safety crisis. Under the “directional impact” of the media, some key grass-roots cadres in some places have exposed such problems as inadequate response to new-type incidents, backward concepts of governance, and poor political sensibilities.
