加锌连续除银是粗铅火法精炼工艺中提取贵金属的重要环节，国外已使用60余年，但在国内尚未有实施的先例。为填补国内这一空白，进行了试验及设备研究。本文论述加锌连续除银的基本原理试验设备及结果等。通过500kg级的投料试验，该设备与国外相比，结构简单、拆装维修方便、体积小、容铅量少、产率大、除银效果好，经处理后的铅含银可降到lg/t。
Continuous addition of silver is silver removal of crude lead pyrometallurgical refining process an important part of extraction of precious metals, foreign countries have been using more than 60 years, but no precedent in the country. In order to fill this gap in China, we conducted experiments and equipment research. This article discusses the basic principle of zinc addition with silver test equipment and results. Through the 500kg feed test, the device is simple compared with foreign countries, the structure is simple, disassembly and maintenance easy, small size, less lead content, yield, in addition to silver effect is good, the treated lead silver can be reduced to lg / t.
