近几年来,随着学生年龄的增长,喜欢上体育课的人非但没有增加,反而明显的减少。不少学生在课堂上无精打采,课外活动中却生龙活虎。由于一些对学校体育理解的偏差,将学校体育与升学考试、竞技体育混淆,使学生对体育锻炼兴趣逐渐低下。那么,如何培养学生上体育课的浓厚兴趣达到促进学生身心得到和谐发展呢?第一、情感先行,建立和谐的师生关系,让学生喜欢上体育课体育教师作为教育者和组织者,必须具有良好的、稳定的、最有利于教学的情感品质。情感就是对外界刺激的心理反应,如喜欢、厌恶、愤怒、恐惧、悲伤、忧郁等。
