蜂斗菜 Petasites japonicus Maxim(中国用其花蕾名款冬花)的根茎常用于治疗扁桃体炎、挫伤、毒蛇咬伤等。本文首次报道了从中提取得到4种雅槛蓝烯内酯(ere-mophilenolides)化合物,其中化合物1是一种新化合物。干燥、切碎的蜂斗菜根茎3.0kg室温2周内用甲醇提取3次,将提取液减压浓缩得浸膏。将浸膏溶于水,依次用氯仿、乙醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取。将氯仿萃取液减压浓缩得浸膏(112.5g),取60g 经硅胶柱层 Butterbur Petasites japonicus Maxim’s roots are often used to treat tonsillitis, bruises, and poisonous snake bites. This paper reports for the first time that four kinds of ere-mophilenolides compounds have been extracted from them. Compound 1 is a new compound. Dried, chopped butterbur roots 3.0 kg were extracted with methanol three times at room temperature, and the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to extract. The extract was dissolved in water and extracted with chloroform, diethyl ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol in that order. The chloroform extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to extract (112.5 g) and 60 g of silica gel column layer was taken.
