振动筛作为矿用、食品、建筑等行业的常用机械,掌握其强度和寿命对工程实践中及时进行检修和更换有重大的意义。对振动筛在ANSYS中进行强度仿真,得到振动筛的强度规律,根据仿真结果设计试验方法和试验内容,并进行现场试验。从试验结果出发,找到适合振动筛的寿命估计方法,对试验用振动筛进行寿命估计,估计出的数据与市场反馈的结果相近,此方法可行。
Vibration sieve as mine, food, construction and other industries commonly used machinery, to grasp the strength and life of the project in time for maintenance and replacement of great significance. The strength of shale shaker is simulated in ANSYS to get the law of strength of shale shaker. According to the simulation results, the test methods and contents are designed, and the field test is carried out. Based on the test results, the method of estimating the life of a vibrating screen is found. The life of the vibrating screen is estimated. The estimated data is similar to the result of market feedback. This method is feasible.
