患者田某,男,33岁,铁路电务段工人。因持续性鼻塞一年半,伴头痛、鼻出血而来院就医。诊断为鼻中隔“S”型偏曲,择期手术治疗。术前测血压16/1lkPa,脉搏84次/分,心电图示窦性心率84次/分,出、凝血时间正常。做利多卡因皮内试验阴性后,行手术治疗。常规消毒后,用无菌注射器抽取盐酸利多卡因注射液5ml(含利多卡因0．1克)加入盐酸肾上腺素注射液3滴,行局部麻醉。注射药液约0．5ml时,患者诉恶心、欲吐,继之,面色苍白、呼吸急促、咽喉部异物感、头晕、头痛、四肢发冷。立即停药,平卧,保暖,吸氧,测Bp5/3kPa,P135次/分,迅速建
