本文用组织化学技术研究高原缺氧条件下的大白鼠心肌琥珀酸脱氫酶(SDH)的定性和定位变化。发现在3800公尺以上海拔地区饲养三个月的大白鼠,心肌肌原纤维甲潜沉淀不均匀,呈断续性着色,线粒体明显可见,着色深,分布(不像平原地区心肌线粒体沿肌原纤维成行平行排列)不规则,成区域性分布。在西宁地区生活的大白鼠心肌肌原纤维甲潜沉淀较均匀,线粒体染色反应较浅淡,不及高原明显,排列规则。
In this paper, histochemistry was used to study the qualitative and positional changes of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) in rat myocardium under hypoxia conditions. Found that in 3800 meters above sea level for three months feeding rats, myocardial myofibrillar subtle latent uneven, showing intermittent staining, mitochondria was visible, deep color, distribution (unlike plain placental muscle along the muscle Fibers arranged in parallel rows) irregular, into a regional distribution. In Xining area, myofibrillar hyphae of rat myocardium were more uniform, mitochondrial staining reaction was lighter, less obvious than the plateau, and the rules were arranged.
