优等生是学校中的一个特殊群体,这些学生有扎实的知识基础,灵活的思维和良好的学习习惯。但是在高三的最后阶段,家长和老师可能会对其有过高期望,很容易对他们造成精神压力。再加上一次次的模拟考试,综合性的知识能力测试也会使他们接受严峻的挑战,可能会产生一些挫败感。怎样加强他们的后期培养?如何让他们按照预期发挥最好的水平,取得好成绩呢?通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对当前优等生高中化学的复习情况进行调查,发现存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出可行的发展对策及合理化建议,提升学生对知识的感悟,切实提高课堂教学的有效性。
