目的探讨三段式硅橡胶导板在前牙美学修复中美学信息的传递及对牙体预备的指导作用。方法选择20例前牙美学修复患者,修复前制作诊断蜡型,其中12例患者根据诊断蜡型翻制硅橡胶导板,留取唇侧部分制作三段式导板指导临床操作中的牙体预备。结果采用硅橡胶导板的12例患者完全达到了诊断蜡型所设计的美学修复效果,并对最终的修复体效果满意。未采用硅橡胶导板的患者中5例认为最终修复效果体现了术前诊断蜡型的美学效果,2例患者通过沟通后与修改后,能接受临床修改过的最终修复效果,1例患者因修改影响修复体的功能和美观,重新制作后达到了预期的修复效果。结论三段式硅橡胶导板能准确传递诊断蜡型所设计的修复体的位置,外形等美学信息,从而指导临床进行精确的牙体预备,最终精准的再现诊断蜡型所体现的美学效果。
Objective To discuss the transmission of aesthetics information and guidance on the preparation of tooth in three-stage silicone rubber guide plate in aesthetics restoration of anterior teeth. Methods Twenty patients with aesthetics of anterior teeth repair were selected and repaired before diagnosis. Among them, 12 patients underwent preparation of three-section guide plates based on the diagnostic wax-type silicone rubber guide plate and the labial part of the lip to guide clinical preparation. Results Twelve patients with silicone rubber guide plate completely achieved the aesthetical effect of repairing the wax pattern and satisfied with the final restoration. Five patients who did not use silicone rubber guide plate thought that the final repair effect reflected the aesthetic effect of preoperative diagnosis of wax type. Two patients were able to accept the clinically modified final repair effect after communication and modification. One patient was affected by the modification Affect the function and appearance of the prosthesis, re-made to achieve the desired effect of repair. Conclusion The three-section silicone rubber guide plate can accurately transmit the aesthetic information such as the position and shape of the restoration designed by the diagnostic wax type, so as to guide the accurate clinical preparation of the dental preparation and finally to accurately reproduce the aesthetic effect reflected by the diagnostic wax type.
