随着铁路企业市场化改革进程的不断深入,其人力资源管理的理念、目标、模式等都发生了深刻的变化。根据铁路企业改革发展的实际需要,深入分析当前铁路人力资源管理中招聘、晋升、考评等环节存在的问题,通过进一步拓宽人才引进渠道、优化人才晋升通道、强化人才监督考核等改革手段,破除人力资源管理面临困境,促进企业科学发展。
With the continuous deepening of the marketization reform of railway enterprises, profound changes have taken place in their human resources management concepts, goals and models. According to the actual needs of the reform and development of railway enterprises, this paper analyzes in-depth the existing problems in recruitment, promotion and evaluation in the current railway human resources management. By means of further broadening the channels for talent introduction, optimizing the channels for talent promotion, and strengthening the personnel supervision and examination, Resource management is facing difficulties and promoting scientific development of enterprises.
